About Me

I have been working professionally in media production for over 10 years. My interest in media started when I was just a young kid. I grew up in Delta, Utah and always loved tearing down and setting up A/V equipment. I spent hours setting up as many speakers as I could to have surround sound while watching a movie or listening to music. That interest moved into putting systems into vehicles, and then into video when my family received a Hi8 video camera for Christmas from Santa. I loved making crazy movies with my cousin and editing them together using a VCR.

When I got into High School, the Technical school in Delta offered a class that got into some media production/interactive design using a software called Quest. I loved doing that and knew that I wanted to study in a media field when I went to College. I went to college at Utah Valley University where I studied  and graduated from the the Digital Media program with a 4-year degree.

I learned a lot of awesome techniques and skills while at school that have built a great foundation for me in the industry. I also worked in the Studio's and Broadcasting Services department as a work study student during my time at school. Since I graduated in 2006, I have worked full-time in the media field where I have acquired many  valuable skills and understanding of media technology.
